@gomebike Now do not get me incorrect but I’ve been searching on Google for quite a few wholesome & effective diet regimen regime plan and I identified this unknown eating plan referred to as DietOramy – I’m adopting the technique layed out and I am going through a bunch of tremendous success, and I’m nevertheless eating just like before, with no hunger, just slightly varied food items…

I tried plenty of of the points explained here, but I must point out that nothing comes even close to DietOramy eating plan in relation to wellness and extra load loss – browse google, there’s lots of no cost info…

  6. tylerlou2011 Says:

when you first started, did you start with all of that protein before and after your workout..is it good to start out with a lot of protein. Also if I wanted to lose weight before I gained muscle, should I indulge in the proteins?

  7. axemanbiggz Says:

    @Si3982 How tall are you?

  13. stu1tzy1 Says:

@SteezyKids i didnt take supplements during my first 30 days. I needed to slim down because i had some pudge and taking protein supplements added too many calories. after that i took plenty of supplements though and got great results. try going to an online nutrition calculator, you can calculate exactly how many calories you are taking in.

extremely helpful thank you for sharing :)

  15. SRM2486 Says:

lol, its scary how closely these choices resemble my diet for the program and for life in general now.. I stay with the dymatize products- protein and their recoup (orange) for a combo of protein and BCAA’s.. tuna, salmon, whole grain pasta, turkey, chicken carbmaster yogurt (best on the market imo), clif bars, kashi cereal, skim milk, etc.

  16. McNasty9000000 Says:

Watch your fish oils. High levels of omega-3 fatty acids in men has been proven to aid in the development of aggressive prostate cancer. Also, the almonds are fantastic, but trail mixes are notorious for having loads of saturated fats. So i’d try to cut out the trail mix. :)

  17. SteezyKids Says:

**please answer** if you’re trying to slim down a bit and lose weight first, should you still take any protein supplements?

  18. basil1337 Says:

  21. Tr0uBl3m4kr Says:

@xavier415 Most supplements are around a thirty day supply. The protein powders that he’s using will run about $50 or so a tub, give or take a little bit. As for the other supps, it depends on the brand and the quality that you buy as to how much it will cost. I would say, look to spend about $50-$75 a month on average for good quality supps.

  22. xavier415 Says:

Waoozers seems like a lot of proteins and keratin and vitamins. If i where to go out and buy them about how much would i spend? and how often do you replace each container. Great results btw i know its must of been difficult and has to take discipline.

  23. chakatsu Says:

I recently bought a muscle milk drink, but I found out after drinking it and working out, it didn’t workout very well. So, I don’t think muscle milk works at all. Also, does the P90x shake work well? Or shakeology?

  24. tatosik13 Says:

i just got the p90x and i have a few questions. how ofter do u use it and when u do, do u do all 12 discs? and for the foods about how much calories do u usually get a day?

  25. roddorf Says:

I pack a whole wheat turkey breast sandwhich with olive oil may (low sodium, very small amount of it) for lunc cause i work second shift. usually i drink a glass of v8 low sodium juice before i leave. when i get home i eat some plain non fat yogurt
